The Centre for
European Negotiation and Decision-making (CENAD),
Brussels, is a non-profit international association, created in 1998
to help promote good governance through quality-driven human
resource development and negotiation capacity building having
special relevance to European Union affairs.

CENAD provides
“Negotiation, Support and Solutions for Practitioners” to
national and international, public-sector and private entities whose
representatives are involved in processes which require an ability
to work smoothly and efficiently in various management and
decision-making forums.
