The Centre for European Negotiation and Decision-making (CENAD), Brussels, is a non-profit international association, created in 1998 to help promote good governance through quality-driven human resource development and negotiation capacity building having special relevance to European Union affairs. 

CENAD provides “Negotiation, Support and Solutions for Practitioners” to national and international, public-sector and private entities whose representatives are involved in processes which require an ability to work smoothly and efficiently in various management and decision-making forums.

This commitment means that CENAD works closely with a team of the most highly experienced practitioner/trainers in their respective fields in order always to provide practical and implementable solutions and guidance.

Open seminars in Brussels and Vienna Seminar programmes
In-country delivery of training programmes;
European Union affairs involving representatives of the Member States, Institutions, and other concerned entities;
